Hi
folks! The other day I chanced upon my college friend and she dragged me to her
home (to show off her skill in home decor, I am sure. Quite a show off she was.
The visit was a blah but what caught my attention was impeccably neat roof putting my pride to shame.
Back
home it got me thinking that whether its constant leak, noise or repairs
impression of your home is ruined by unsightly roof. It’s often said that you
don’t get a second chance to make great first impression. A worn out faded roof makes a house look old,
unattractive and not to say giving potential buyers little confidence that rest
of the house is in much better condition.
A
roof restoration changes the external appearance of the house immediate
transforming the look of the roof back to new- giving it a fresh well cared for
appearance. A dirty roof does not only look ugly. It deteriorates the condition
of your titles leading to costly future repairs replacements. Roof is a large
portion of a home’s exterior. It is
important that it protects you and your family. While a newly restored roof add
to the overall value of the home, in a competitive real estate market it can
also help you to sell the home quickly.
I
got down convincing my husband to restore the roof and our pride. Luckily he
was all ears and welcomed the idea. We searched for a good reputed and
experienced company and found one which satisfied us.... like totally. From
high pressure cleaning, re-bedding and re-pointing, re-spraying, valley iron
replacement, gable repairs to replacement of broken or cracked tiles (both
cement and terracotta).
Pride
restored without punching a big hole in the pocket. CM roof restoration did it
all.
